Should You Need Roof Service
PLEASE READ YOUR COVERAGE CAREFULLY
Then telephone the customer service department at 1-888-GSI-LEAK (888-474-5325). It is helpful to have your confirmation number and/or contract, nature of problem, and complete street address available. You will pay the $65.00 service fee when the GSI Roof technician arrives at your home.
IMPORTANT
This contract covers only the items mentioned as covered and excludes all others. Items must be in good working order at the time of coverage. Unknown pre-existing conditions will be covered if at the time coverage began, the defect or malfunction would not of been known to buyer, seller, agent, or home inspector by a visual inspection of a roof system or component. Known defects found at the home inspection report are excluded from coverage until proof of correction is made by a licensed contractor.
TIMING OF COVERAGE
- Seller's coverage starts after receipt of application and/or issuance of confirmation number by GSI and continues until expiration of the initial listing period not to exceed 180 days or until close of sale or listing cancellation (whichever is first).
- Buyers coverage starts upon payment at the close of escrow and continues for one year. Payment is due at the close of escrow and must be received by Company within 20 working days.
Offer for future coverage after expiration of this contract is at the sole option of GSI.
